My passion is making things. Big and small – digital and physical – complicated and simple. Creating beautiful, engaging and powerful brand experiences, no matter where they live, is always the goal.

Early career days, I found my way to designing interactive museums, this work touches on every medium and channel. Creating these museum projects led to a deep passion for product, brand and experiential design. I have all sorts of desire to work end to end. It is the best when I can love on a brand, and grow it with flex and purpose. It’s vital to a successful outcome (and my sanity) to respect the design system, acknowledge code constraints, and leverage data to drive decisions that make an impact for the business and the brand.

Currently, I'm the Creative Director, and interim Marketing Lead at Loft Orbital responsible for championing, designing and growing Loft's brand, from the main company, and sister brands. I manage the internal design team, and external partners to create a strategic and flexible creative workforce.

As Interim Marketing Lead, I drive marketing initiatives across every channel from events, video, ads, campaigns, web, sales materials and social to create brand awareness and enable business development.

Previously I was the Experience Design Manager and Creative Director responsible for running a small (and talented) design team at Google for the Experience Studio. There, I owned product development, branding and guest experience for new and existing Google Customer Centers (7 globally) including executive management, budget and schedule for all major build projects. I also got to grow, coach and manage an incredible team of Experience Designers and the Project Management organization.

Throughout my career, I've had the chance to craft design systems and experience standards, while setting the strategy for team / product branding across global portfolios. This isn't about design alone. Along the way I've advocated for business ROI and project controls that balance stakeholder needs across teams.

I found a love for connecting and translating between the business, and creative endeavors to land on-time and on-budget through creative risk management, grit and a dash of challenging the status quo. I prefer all-in teams who appreciate collaboration, communication, iteration and the occasional type joke.

By night I design branding systems for companies and causes doing good for the world. Inclusive conferences? Dog rescues? Female founders? Diversity programs? Yup, give me a shout!

Leading the Spaces team and crafting: the house style, project controls strategy, branding systems and owning product / design direction for the global Google Customer Experience Center portfolio. Using UX practices, design thinking, deep cross collaboration along with the power of Google technologies to build, maintain and support immersive, technologically advanced environments that build trust in Google's brand while hosting top clients.

CoreOS

Our small team worked on open source and enterprise software products that span across several websites and mediums. Designer for UX, UI, branding, logos, icons, swag, information graphics, marketing design and more, including: conference experiences, print materials, signage and office wayfinding, ad and website design.

Brand + UX Designer

iSocket

Created enterprise software (buy and sell marketplace) for Advertising Tech by conducting research and designing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, UX, UI, pixel perfect mockups, branding and icons.
